We are looking for a Captive Aire A4-D.1000-30D Direct Fired Heat Only MAU or equivalent. Quote should include all costs for the unit, thermostat, removal/disposal of the old unit, and installation/programming of the new unit. Prices quoted shall be F.O.B. Destination and delivered, as required, to the following location: City of Lafayette Wastewater Treatment Plant 750 East County Line Road Lafayette, CO 80026 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:10/31/2023 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/09/2023 at 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes -- The City shall not be bound by and the Vendor shall not request or rely on any oral interpretation or clarification of this DQ.
