Deinstallation of the fifteen (15) keystone actuators and their disposal. Supply all Bray Valve Actuators and any necessary additional parts or components for their installation. Installation of Bray Valve Actuators. Complete all required electrical and signal wiring for the Bray actuator to function properly. Testing of all installed actuators that they perform correctly via the control panels and the SCADA HMI software. If an actuator fails to perform properly awardee is responsible for troubleshooting and corrections, i.e. checking limit set points are correct and relays are wired correctly. Coordinating with City staff so as not to interrupt critical plant operations. Completing any required documentation as necessary for manufacturer warranties. The City of Lafayette has begun replacing Keystone actuators with Bray actuators. The City wishes to replace all remaining Keystone Actuators with Bray actuators making all actuators identical and easier to operate in hand. All valves listed are butterfly valves. We are not looking for similar or like items, but specifically Bray.
