The Contractor shall provide professional design services to provide bid documents for repairs to the 2nd & Gold parking garage located in Juneau, Alaska. Service includes 65%, 95% and CD plans, and cost estimate development for all scoped services, and construction administration. Scope of design services may include, but not necessarily be limited to: removal of concrete, reinforcing steel, and metal deck included in the existing elevated composite metal deck system; installation of an equivalent composite metal deck system; and application of waterproofing topping to the exposed concrete surfaces. 1. Design services may include but are not limited to: Project Plans to 65%, 95% and CDs with additive alternates to best fit available funding. 2. Construction Cost Estimate. 3. Bidding and Construction Administration will be negotiated and added by amendment. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately October 2023 to October 2025. Cost of these professional services is between $150,000 and $200,000. IRIS# SPFAC00540 Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTD number: (907) 269-0473, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
