The City is seeking a certified, licensed contractor to provide the equipment, tools, and personnel for the rehabilitation of the roof and all necessary HVAC duct work to meet Title 24 requirements at the Milpitas Sports Center (1325 E. Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas, CA 95035) 1. Pressure wash roof at areas to receive fluid applied restoration. 2. Repair any blisters, fish mouths, splits or tears in (e) roofing. 3. Replace any areas of wet insulation. 4. Replace all sealant on penetrations and surface mounted counterflashings. 5. Build up any low areas in roof by installing an additional layer of Powerply Standard FR HW. 6. Install AlphaGuard MTS Base Coat at 4 gallons per square. 7. Install 1 ply Permafab in wet base coat. 8. Install AlphaGuard MTS Top Coat at 2 gallons per square over cured base coat. 9. Install 500 lf of slip resistant walk-way.
