Labor Commissioner #: WA-2024-018 SPWD Project #: 24-B004 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Special Considerations: Project is located at the UNR - Redfield Campus in South Reno. Project will run in conjunction with student instruction space and will need coordination between the department and construction activities as instructional use will not be stopped during the construction period. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability and Builders Risk Insurance will be required.
