Truckee Meadows Water Authority Glendale Portage Sign and Trail Improvements Public Works Contract No. Pwp #wa-2024-028 Tmwa Capital Project No. 11-0002.002 Range for Engineer's Estimate: $76,500 - $93,500 Project Scope: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMVA) is Accepting Sealed Bids for All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Incidentals Required for the Project Including Staking the Project Extents by a Licensed Surveyor, Tree Cutting, Clearing, and Wood-chipping, Spraying Herbicide, Clearing Trash and Debris From Project Area, Fabricating and Installing Portage Signs, Saw-cutting and Placing New Pavement, and Grading Along the Truckee River to Establish an Ingress Trail. Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit: a Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit Will Not Be Held. Bid Results and the Bid Tabulation Will Be Posted on Ngem and Bidders Will Be Notified Electronically of the Results. Tmwa Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Including Without Limitation the Right to Reject Any or All Nonconforming, Non-responsive, Unbalanced, or Conditional Bids, and to Reject the Bid of Any Bidder if Tmwa Believes That It Would Not Be in the Best Interest of Tmwa to Make an Award to That Bidder.
