The City of Havre de Grace seeks proposals for a pedestrian deck-beam Fiber-Reinforced Polymer trail bridge assembly kit. The structure must be able to be assembled by volunteers in a remote site. Structure shall be 80 feet long and 6 feet wide and must meet all ADA standards. This project is part of an EDA Grant #01-79-15221. Qualifications: Bridge manufacturer shall have been in the design and fabrication business of FRP bridges for a minimum of 3 years and provide a list of 5 successful bridge projects of similar construction and nature. The City seeks proposals to obtain a pedestrian deck-beam Fiber-Reinforced Polymer trail bridge kit which meets the following specifications: 80 feet long straight line dimension by 6 feet wide 2 foot maximum elevation ADA compliant transitions and board spacing Side rails not required 3 inch Toe Kick Delivery of the kit must be no later than November 1, 2023
