**As of October 25, 2023 , this project has been cancelled and no definite date for the rebid.** The City of Havre de Grace seeks an Architectural Lighting & Theatrical Lighting Control System to operate the STAR Centre for production purposes. The City seeks specific Theatrical Lighting Fixtures to be installed in conjunction with the Control system. The City will contract with a reliable local vendor to furnish and install (supply, rig, erect, mount and connect for operation) the operating system and new equipment as described in the Scope of Work. 1. Furnish and install, connecting for operation all components of the requested Architectural Lighting and Theatrical Control System described within Exhibit A-- Architectural Lighting & Theatrical Control System, detailed within Specifications-- Supplement 1, diagramed as Exhibit C- Requested Lighting Control Riser. 1.2. Furnish, deliver, erect, install and connect completely all of the material and equipment described within Exhibit B Equipment List (items 1 through 61) or equipment of equivalent quality and function as agreed upon. Vendor to supply all other incidental material and appliances, tools, ransportation, etc., required to make the work complete and to leave the theatrical lighting system In first class operating condition. 1.3. Perform assembly of all equipment, wiring, and inter-connection and soldering of wires to jacks, devices, terminals or equipment, using technical employees only, who are experienced in the Installation of audiovisual systems equipment and its inter-connection in accordance with the listed Specifications Supplement 1 document. 1.4. Verify dimensions and conditions at the job site prior to installation, and perform installation in accordance with these specifications, manufacturer's recommendations, and all applicable code requirements.
