Reference Number 0000329200 Bid Intent Not Available Question deadline 10/06/2023 5:00 pm MT Questions are submitted online No The City of Loveland, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Development Center HVAC Replacement, Project No. ARPA2121 to remove and replace all the HVAC units per the drawings and specifications, which includes but not limited to, raising the curbs, extending all electrical and disconnects, plumbing, gas, low voltage to reach the new curb height. Replacing the roof mounted duct work with Thermaduct or similar product. Replacement of one furnace and add cooling to the system. Install guardrails and screening, Connections all the units back to the Carrier I-Vu system and confirming operations and control. Replace all thermostats and control units (possibly running new low voltage). Cleaning the duct work at the HVAC units before install. The building will be occupied so phasing may be necessary. This project is federally funded (with ARPA monies). As such, the Contractor is required to comply with federal provisions included below as Federal Provisions (Appendix II to 2 CFR Part 200, with specific exceptions). The City reserves the right to accept the bid that, in the City s judgment, is the lowest and best bid, to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid that is submitted. Bids received after the time specified for bid opening will be returned unopened.
