A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Question Acceptance Deadline 02/19/2021 07:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No The City of Loveland, Colorado (City) is requesting sealed proposals to provide corridor planning, preliminary and final engineering designs for the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvements Project, Project No. EN1902. The Madison Avenue Corridor Improvements Project will transform the current roadway into a multimodal corridor that improves and expands transportation for all users. Intersection improvements that increase safety, including vulnerable roadway users (bicyclists, pedestrians and transit riders) shall be part of the advanced design. The location of the project and proximity to diverse land uses will necessitate public outreach and communication. General Requirements - Insurance Required The electronic date and time on the email will determine if the proposal was received before the prescribed time. Please put the name of the RFP in the subject line of the email and name the attached proposal: Name of RFP-company name. Any proposal arriving after the deadline will not be considered. Responsibility for timely submittal and routing of proposals prior to recording lies solely with the proposer. Please be aware that the City internal email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails by up to 4 minutes so plan your time of submittal accordingly.
