The City of Robinson, IL, is now accepting bids from Qualified Cured-In-Place Pipeline Rehabilitation Experts for the labor and materials necessary to rehabilitate 919 lineal feet of sanitary sewer located within the City Limits of Robinson, IL. The first location is approximately 752 of 8 sanitary sewer located in the west alleyway on South Willow Street between West Emmons and West Clearwater Street in the 1000 block with approximately 13 house services connected. The second section is a straight and is located in the roadway of Locust Street and Park Forest Drive heading north and ending before West Cherry Street and is approximately 167 in 8 pipe with approximately 1 service connected. Each section of pipe will require bypass pumping, branch lateral connections re-installed and all necessary materials and labor as per the specifications. Questions concerning the bid specifications, or a map containing the locations marked should be directed to Mr. Dylan Dart, Superintendent of Wastewater, 1000 North Mitchell Avenue, Robinson, IL 62454. Telephone: (618) 553-1180. The conditions of employment to be observed and the wages to be paid are specified in the Crawford County Prevailing Wage Addendum as updated monthly. All contractors are required to sign an indemnification Agreement holding the City harmless, and to be insured for $1,000,000 by providing a certificate naming the City as additional insured on their insurance policy. The City of Robinson reserves its right to accept the bid which it believes to be in its best interest, waive any formalities, and to reject any and all bids.
