As of January 8, 2024, this solicitation was not awarded and not currently active. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000328416 ITP constructed Rapid Central Station (RCS) in 2004 as the first LEED-certified transit facility in the country. RCS is located at 250 Cesar E. Chavez Avenue SW and serves as the downtown transit center for ITP's fixed route bus service, providing a transfer point for 17 different routes. Given the facility is now 18 years old, it is necessary to rehabilitate the passenger amenities at RCS. See Attachment-5 for a series of images showing the current design and layout of RCS.
