This project involves a base bid for the construction of Improvements at the Mill & Radcliffe Street intersection including full depth road reconstruction, mill and overlay, ADA/PennDOT compliant curb ramps, sidewalk, curbing, pavement markings, and sign relocation/installation. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Borough Standards. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to Bristol Borough along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish proof of insurance and bonds for Performance, Payment and Maintenance in such forms as mees the approval of Bristol Borough and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by Bristol Borough.
