The wages paid on this project will be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented. The Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955, P.L. 744, No. 222, as amended June 25, 1997, by Act 34 of 1997, 43 P.S. §§ 951-963, shall apply to this contract. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project, and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
