THIS IS A RESOLICITATION: The Operational Contracting Division, Air Force Test Center, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for LAN Drops. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA2823-23-Q-0017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and Federal Supply Code (FSC) 5975, Electrical Hardware and Supplies, with a small business size standard of $19.0M. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors will be evaluated on a Best Value basis IA W FAR 13.106(1)(a)(2)(i) and the award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the Government. In no particular order of significance, the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement Price Past performance The government will not accept refurbished/used equipment.
