Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements (SABER) The contract is for a broad range of maintenance, repair, alterations, minor and new construction work on real property at Eglin AFB and its associated sites in Florida. The work is required in support of the 96th Civil Engineer Group activity headquarters at Eglin AFB, Florida. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and will include a wide variety of individual construction tasks as listed in the Unit Price Guide (UPG).. the base access request deadline for hand-delivered proposals has been updated to 11 OCT 2023 at 1200pm Eastern Time. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to perform all operations in connection with Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER), Eglin AFB, FL in accordance with the attached SABER Statement of Work. Specifications - See Unit Price Guide (UPG) in Section B and Technical Specifications. See Schedule - Offeror is required to complete and return the SF 1442, Sections B through K. Pursuant to FAR 15.204-1, Schedule is defined as Sections A through H. Site visits will be conducted at the individual Task Order level starting with the first one and as needed thereafter. Please see clause 52.236-27 for details. Funding will be cited on each individual Task Order as stated in Section G. Notice of Statutory Funding Limitations - Individual task orders under this contract may be subject to certain statutory funding limitations. Any funding limitations will be specified in a each task order. Contract ceiling amount: The total ceiling amount of this contract is $200,000,000.00. This includes all options to extend the term of the contract and any extension of services option. Minimum Guaranteed Amount: The minimum guaranteed amount under this contract including all option periods is $2,000.00. The minimum guaranteed amount will be satisfied through the issuance of a task order to attend a post award conference and the development and delivery of an operations plan. All clauses in this contract apply at the task order level.
