The Hideout POA is soliciting a sealed quote relative to excavating and repaving the Golf Course cart paths on hole #7 & #8 at Golf maintenance located at 4511 North Fairway Dr located within the Hideout Development, Lake Township, Wayne County Pennsylvania 18436. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/1/2023 4:00 PM Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "Clarifications" feature in PennBid Quotes received by The Hideout for the project will be reviewed and investigated prior to the award of the contract. Once completed, the contract will be awarded to the most responsible bidder. The Hideout has the right to reject, modify, or re-request quotes on any and all submitted quotes. Any bid over fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) must be bonded. Review attached contract for required bonding and insurance information. The POA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The project briefly described is: Golf Course Cart Paths 7&8 1. Excavate Approximately 3250ft in length and widen to 8 ft. 2. Excavate work site and grade work site 3. Add 6in of new modified base 4. Install 2-2 1/2 asphalt. 5. Seed and hay all areas surrounding the work site. Detailed Scope of Work: 1. Removal and Demo: o Excavate the cart path on hole #7 & 8 2. Assemble and Install: o Install 6in of modified base o Install 2-21/2 in of asphalt o Roll out pavement o Seed and hay areas surrounding construction. 3. Material Disposal: o Contractor is responsible for removal of all equipment and construction debris related to construction off Hideout properties or may use aspen point to dispose of earth material only. 4. Replacement: o Replace any damage area from construction to original state o Restore deck liner. o Contractor will replace any items damaged outside of the demolition of the approved construction site. o Backfill excavation site with self-compacting material. Fill cannot have refuse material. 5. Other: o Contactor will provide insurance and license to work o Provide proposal for material and work o Warranty for contractor work and product must be provided. o Contractor is responsible for clean-up and restoring area pre-construction. o Contractor will restore any fencing, landscaping, concrete, or any other area not listed that was removed or damaged due to construction back to pre-construction appearance. o All town, county and state permitting to be processed and completed by contractor o Any bid over 50K must be bid-bonded o Contractor will follow OSHA standards.
