Installation of 218' of 6' high x 8' wide panels, black aluminum fence to match (as best) existing fencing, all posts set in concrete, permit and PA 1 call underground utilities will be marked prior to digging; (811 Included). A pre-install inspection/walk through with Pottsgrove School District representatives will be done prior to the installation. Installation of 598' of 6' high 3 rail, raked bottom, black aluminum fence with square picket tops, including a 10' wide double gate and a 14' wide double gate, all posts set in concrete, permit and PA 1 underground utilities will be marked prior to digging; (811 Included). A pre-install inspection/walk-through with Pottsgrove School District representatives will be done prior to the installation. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to accept or reject any item or groups of items; to decrease the number of units purchased for each item by 10%, with no increase to the unit price bid; and, to waive technicalities or informalities for its best interest. For all bids of $10,000.00 or more, each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, bank treasurer's check, Bid Bond, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit equal to 10% of the total bid price. Services shall be completed at the destination called for by August 23, 2023
