The Project will consist of an addition 30 ft x 80 ft that is 2 1/2 stories tall and renovation of current building. The first floor of the addition will be an apparatus bay, second floor will contain the Emergency Operation Center, office, bathroom facilities and storage while the third floor will be for utilities and storage. The addition will have an elevator to connect the addition to the existing structure There will be renovations to the existing building including bathrooms, kitchen, storage and a member only area. The OPM will be in charge of managing the whole project including the management of the financials and other necessary requirements of a federal grant that the Town of Madison has been awarded to complete this addition/renovation Any questions regarding the RFQ/P should be directed to the contact listed below via e-mail only by August 11, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Answers to questions will be responded to in writing only. All questions and answers will be posted on the Town's website for all potential firms to view. Note: It is the responsibility of the owner's project management firm responding to this RFQ/P to qualify within its formal proposal, any modifications to this written RFQ/P and the Scope of Services contained herein.
