Reference Number 0000326894 The Sandrock Elementary School roof is in dire need of repair. Roof drains freeze inside the brick drain chase and flood the building, damaging the brick as well. The roof and roof system need to be substantially repaired and, in many places, replaced entirely. A proposal will certainly require inspection of the roof system to determine the scope of the work that needs to be performed. Among the needs we already know: Cutting out existing roof system sections, draining sumps, installing new sumps, installing new SBS roof system in sections, coating new roof system. There is surely more, which will be uncovered in an inspection.
