**As of September 14, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $736,413.13** All work on this contract shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days. Contract Documents and Drawings for the proposed work, which have been prepared by Theodore Wilkinson, P.E. of the firm of Colliers Engineering & Design, Inc. (DBA Maser Consulting), are available at the Township of Brick Municipal Building, located at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ, and may be inspected and/or purchased by prospective bidders The project scope includes milling, base repair, asphalt paving, ADA compliant ramps, sidewalk repairs, pipe repairs, replacing inlet grates and curb pieces, new curb in selected locations and replacement of existing concrete curb, restoration, sidewalk, striping, and other miscellaneous work. Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Treasurer of the Township of Brick for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond for the full amount of this project is required. The award of the Contract for this project will not be made until the necessary funds have been provided by the Township of Brick in a lawful manner. The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Township. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Specifications. OWNER anticipates a formal AWARD of said project on September 12, 2023 completion of all work within forty-five (45) calendar days.
