There Will Be One Contract for the Work, Contract a. The Work for Contract a Will Consist of Approximately 6.6 Miles of Waterline Sized 6" Through 2", Three (1) Pressure Stations With on-site Emergency Generators, Directional Drilling, and Various Other Related Items. Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids. The Owner Also Expressively Reserves the Right to Delete Certain Portions of the Project Should Available Project Funds Be Exceeded by the Best Bidder.The Contractor Should Carefully Review the Deductive Alternate Areas as Quantities Could May Not Be Constructed in Total. Each Bidder Must Deposit, With His Bid, Security in the Amount, Form and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Information for Bidders. Additionally, Bidder Shall Submit With Their Bid. If They Are Incorporated and Shall Submit Those Appropriate Documents Listed in the Information for Bidders. Attention of All Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as to Conditions of Employment to Be Observed Under the Contract. Minimum Wage Rates (Federal) Are a Part of This Project. Minority Bidders Are Encouraged to Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids.
