Questions due by 2:00pm EST 2023-08-03 The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security - Division of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Emergency Management Division (EMD) to establish an open-end contract for site preparations for prefabricated concrete shelters for the West Virginia Statewide Interoperable Radio Network (SIRN) sites. The Agency is seeking an open-end contract for site preparations on existing SIRN Network Towers sites for the installation of Prefabricated Concrete Shelters that measure 10' Wide x 20' Long by 9'2" in Height. Contract Award: The Contract is intended to provide Agency with a purchase price on all Contract Items. The Contract shall be awarded to the Vendor that provides the Contract Items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost as shown on the Pricing Pages. The Vendor may, thirty (30) days prior to the contract anniversary date, request a price adjustment. Said price adjustment will be considered based on the prior year CPI Index compared to the current year CPI, or 3%, whichever is less. Agency must approve all price adjustments prior to implementation and price adjustments are not guaranteed. Vendor shall deliver standard orders within sixty (60) working days for delivery after Agency orders are received. Vendor shall ship all orders in accordance with the above schedule and shall not hold orders until a minimum delivery quantity is met.
