The City of Charleston is requesting proposals from qualified individuals/firms for the Annual maintenance agreement for two (2) Hydraulic Passenger Elevators and six (6) Traction Passenger Elevators, located at various Parking Garages in the City of Charleston. The details contained in the following specification are not designed to exclude any manufacturer from bidding but are offered as a means of describing the needs of the City of Charleston. All specifications must be described in detail. The merit of such deviations will be considered regarding the City of Charleston's intended use. The following should be an outline of service components and requirements to be addressed by the proposer. Service Provider will perform maintenance visits to examine, maintain, adjust, and lubricate the components listed below to the (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer requirements, in addition, Service Provider will repair or replace the components listed below if the repair or replacement is necessitated by normal wear and tear. Unless specifically included elsewhere in this RFP or unless the City of Charleston has separately contracted with Service Provider for the work.
