If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 10 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidate damages Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond in the full amount of the contract price
