All blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and the right to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. The Work shall be substantially completed (field must be installed and playable) by May 15, 2024, with final completion by June 1, 2024
