The Request for Framework Rates (RFFR) pricing must include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work outlined in this RFFR document and according to the attachments defined in this document. A Master Services Agreement is not a contract but is an offer from a potential supplier to provide goods and/or services at pre-arranged prices, under set terms and conditions, when and if required. A contract is formed when Parsons issues a Call-up Agreement to an MSA approved subcontractor.
