(Parsons) is requesting competitive bids for the purpose of selecting the best value firm to provide all services associated with this solicitation for Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) price must include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work outlined in this ITT document and according to the attachments defined in this document. This solicitation is open to PSIB Regional Indigenous Businesses and Regional non-Indigenous businesses, evaluation being in that order. If two or more Indigenous Businesses from the Area of the Contract bid, the work package will be restricted to these Indigenous Businesses in the Area of the Contract (PSIB Regional Conditional strategy being implemented). If less than two Regional Indigenous Businesses bid, the work package will be open to any businesses in the Area of the Contract. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
