This Federally funded project will consist of Refurbishing Tongass Avenue, from MP 0.2000 to 1.2798 including rehabilitation of asphalt and concert pavement surfaces, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and correct ADA deficiencies, making improvements to the lane configurations and to the pedestrian and bike facilities to improve safety and level of service. The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. All work shall be completed by October 31, 2025. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section 120 of the Specifications. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
