The Jefferson County Land Reutilization Corporation is seeking certified contractors for the demolition/ partial reconstruction of 135 N. 4th St, Steubenville, Ohio. COMPLETION DATE: 120 DAYS FROM NOTICE TO PROCEED This project consists primarily of the selective demolition of collapsed and unstable members of this building while maintaining the integrity of the structure to remain and the safe removal of all debris from the entire property. Also included is the partial reconstruction of roofs, floor and exterior walls to prolong the building viability and protect adjoining structures of 135 N. 4th St, Steubenville (a commercial building located in Jefferson County)
