PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after "City", seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after "Respondent", to provide construction services for the delivery of the of the Sandy Creek Water Treatment Plant Residuals Management. BACKGROUND NARRATIVE: The Work consists of the furnishing and constructing improvements at the Sandy Creek Water Treatment Plant including, but not limited to, equalization basin, backwash clarifier, thickener, sludge pump stations, Dewatering Building with belt filter press and chemical feed systems, Treatment Building expansion with treatment module addition, retaining walls, site grading, site drainage, site paving, buried piping, exposed piping, valves, instruments and process connections for complete and operational systems. PROJECT ARCHITECT & PLANS: The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by K Friese + Associates, 1120 S. Capital of Texas Highway, Building 2, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78746. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
