Construction of Miscellaneous Improvements at Wilson Creek Lift Station and the Procurement and Installation of Two Parallel 42 This project spans Wilson Creek Lift Station, off of Old Mill Road by the old City landfill on the south end and North McKinney Lift Station, off of Airport Drive and Greenville Road on the north end in McKinney, TX. Project includes construction of miscellaneous improvements at Wilson Creek Lift Station and the procurement and installation of two parallel 42" transfer force mains (Force Main A and B) for total of 30,350 LF of pipe from Wilson Creek Lift Station to North McKinney Lift Station via Old Mill Road, Couch Drive, FM 546 and along Airport Drive. A bid alternate is included in this Contract for a Force Main A and B alternative alignment option that deviates from alignment route described above at Airport Drive and Industrial Boulevard to Airport Drive and Enloe Road (approx. from sta. 59+84 to 114+00). The alternative alignment shall be routed along the east side of the Encore Wire property from Industrial Boulevard to Enloe Road where it resumes the base bid alignment, for a total of 34,500 LF of pipe from Wilson Creek Lift Station to North McKinney Lift Station. This bid alternate may be added or deleted by the District, a determination will be made in August 2023. If the alternative alignment is selected, revised construction documents will be provided to the contractor by December 2023
