Bidders are required to submit a cashier's or certified check or a bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total proposal amount Bidders must submit a cashier's or certified check or a bid bond to ensure the successful bidder enters into a contract and executes all necessary bonds. The successful bidder must furnish performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price The City of Oak Leaf reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities LOCATION OF PROJECT This project is located in Oak Leaf, Ellis County Texas. A map showing the work areas is included in the plans.
