Managing Agency: USACE The Solicitation Number is: W912ES23B0006 The Bidder Inquiry Key Number is: I5JEAF-KR9X2N The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District has a requirement entitled: Lock and Dam 3 (LD3) Auxiliary Lock Bulkhead Slot Construction This marine construction project requires a Contractor to create bulkhead recesses for the auxiliary lock bay closure of LD3 upstream of the existing auxiliary miter gates. The bulkhead recesses will consist of structural steel and concrete. The LD3 auxiliary lock bay is located to the riverside of the main lock, which is located on the Minnesota side of the Mississippi River near Welch (Goodhue County), Minnesota and is accessible from Minnesota County Road 18. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is 100% set aside for small business and solicited in accordance with FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. The anticipated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and the contract will require 100% performance and payment bonds. BIDDER INQUIRIES.
