The project includes but is not limited to the following work within the Town of Wellton, Arizona: approximately 950 lineal feet of vertical curb and gutter, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, storm drain catch basins, 2,960 square yards of pavement, and 840 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC watermain. Project also includes existing asphalt removal, relocating existing fences/walls, and survey monuments. Each bid will be submitted on the Proposal Form and be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The project shall be complete and in place within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The Town of Wellton reserves the right to cancel this procurement, and/or reject and/or all bids, and/or to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the bid opening thereof.
