The Town of Quartzsite has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (#139-23) through the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and will accept bids from qualified firms or individuals with a minimum of a KB-2 Commercial license to perform the following services: Rehabilitation of a 600 sq. ft. commercial kitchen to include rewiring of electrical circuits, plumbing, one new HVAC unit and ducting, relocating interior walls, installing a new floor, and an exterior RV pedestal. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, services, transportation and perform all the work for the Town's project known as the Quartzsite Senior Center Kitchen Rehabilitation Project for the Town of Quartzsite, Arizona as called for in the Specifications and Drawings. The proposer should prepare a detailed time schedule for completion. The successful proposer will be required to lend all possible assistance in the preparation, investigation and documentation necessary for compliance with all applicable federal Labor Standards/Davis-Bacon and other requirements of ADOH. The successful proposer should be prepared to comply with all local, state and federal safety and environmental requirements.
