Lees, AIA Questions and/or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to Crystal Owens by email to Bids@CurrituckCountyNC.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 21, 2023. All questions requiring additional information will be responded to in an addendum no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 26, 2023. All addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and defects, as it may deem to be in its best interest.
