The purpose of this solicitation is to contract with a qualified vendor to provide an all-inclusive project to furnish and install playground equipment, safety surfacing, shade structures, walkways, and perimeter fencing that meets all CPSC specifications and appropriate codes. Estimated lump sum cost for both projects is $425,000.00. Bid Bond - Required (5%) Public Construction Bond - Required (100%) liquidated damages.
