Bids for the 2023 Roadway Maintenance Project, consisting of approximately 1.3 million square feet of Light Weight Aggregate Chip Seal, 0.7 million square feet of Type II Slurry Seal, and 62,000 linear feet of pavement striping and associated pavement markings. All Bidders must register with the City in order to be considered for Award of Bid. The object of the conference is to acquaint BIDDERs with the site conditions, specifications, and to answer any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; to award schedules separately or together to contractors, or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
