The right to reject any or all Offerors is reserved. This Project consists of the construction of the interior improvements of the existing Tooele County Roads Shop Storage Building. This includes but not limited to restroom, office, conference room, breakroom and shop working space improvements as shown on the provided construction drawings attached. It is also desired that the contractors provide a proposed fee to purchase and install an overhead crane in the shop area. Offerors shall send any questions, clarifications or issues with Proposal documents and/or plans through the U3P portal up to July 3, 2023, 3:00 PM local Mountain Standard Time. In order to allow time for response prior to Offer Opening.
