Broward Health is seeking qualified individual(s) or firms to undertake the rekeying of Broward Health Medical Center and its adjoining building(s). The selected Vendor will be required to identify the current keyways, replace/rekey as indicated below, identify each door on a floor plan, identify manufacturer, make, and model number for each lockset, provide recommendations on the most cost-effective method of modernizing the locking mechanisms, and provide as-builts at the conclusion of the project. The vendor may also be required to install the recommendations approved by Broward Health. Q The goal is to update the physical security of Broward Health Medical Center's more than 3,000 doors. The project will include the provisioning of full-sized interchangeable cores and keys, replacement of cores and locks, and installation of electronic card readers. The selected vendor will be engaged to: Replace and rekey Everest Primus Keyway Cylinder with Classic Primus Keyway cylinders in all locations that currently have the Everest Primus Cylinders. Rekey the Classic Primus Keyway Cylinders in all locations that currently have the Classic Primus Cylinders. Replace approximately 487 - 500 punch pad locks with card readers.
