**As of August 21, 2023, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The contract for the project generally involves the labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of two (2) culverts for the Tapeworm Road stream crossing of a Tributary to the West Branch of Brandywine Creek. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to West Marlborough Township. PA prevailing wage rates are applicable. PA Act 127 (Public Works Verification Act) requirements are applicable. The selected bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Workman Comp Insurance Certification. It is anticipated that the contract shall be awarded during the August 1, 2023 Board of Supervisors Meeting. Contract time is 90 calendar days from Issuance of the Notice to Proceed. West Marlborough Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and, in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the project's best interest.
