The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement, with not less than two calendar days notice by certified delivery, facsimile machine or other electronic means to those bidders receiving plans. Bidders or Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Architect Question Deadline 10/03/2023 The Project constists of the following: 1. Removal of existing R-MER-LITE roof system, Asphalt Flood and Stone roof system and EPDM roof system. 2. Installation of new TPO roof system. 3. Installation of new roof hatch with guardrail system. 4. Associated demolition and construction.
