Work will consist of replacing the existing roof on sections "D" and "E" of the jail and installing a new insulated single ply TPO membrane system over the existing concrete deck per these specifications. See detail #1 ( Roof Sketch ) for location of roofs to be replaced. Repairs: a. Included in the scope of work will be repairs to the existing metal roofs on sections A and B, and repairs to the small built up roof on section C.
