Humble ISD is announcing the release of the following Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP)2023-24 SUMMER CREEK HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION and RENOVATIONS Job Site Walk o Site walk to follow pre-bid meeting at 3:30 PM. Location: Summer Creek High School, 14000 Weckford Blvd, Houston, TX 77044 Bid documents may be obtained through the District electronic bidding system at https://humbleisd.ionwave.net Draft Copy - 95% complete. Complete CSP set will be issued in Addendum No.1 on June 29th. Any questions related to this bidding opportunity must be submitted through the questions tab in the bidding document. If your firm is NOT registered on the District's online bidding system you will need to do that before you can respond to this CSP. PROPOSAL BOND: A Proposal Bond from a bonding company acceptable to the Owner or a certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the greatest amount proposal shall accompany each Offeror's proposal. PAYMENT BOND AND PERFORMANCE BOND: A Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract will be required. Please note that all bonding companies presented must be acceptable to the Owner. The prevailing rates of wages are the minimums that must be paid in compliance with applicable laws of the State of Texas. Offerors submitting a proposal are encouraged to visit the site. All Offerors submitting a proposal are encouraged to attend the proposal opening. When the Documents are not returned under the conditions specified, no portion of the deposit will be returned. The Documents remain the property of the Owner and shall be returned. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the Competitive Sealed Proposal process.
