566 ( 5162-52 ) a. Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. b. The Work, in general, under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows (1) Construct and install Water Well No. 1 (2) Furnish and install all subsidiary items as necessary to complete the project; (3) Perform testing as specified on installed lines; and (4) Clean-up project area upon completion. The water well shall conform to AWWA Standard A100-06. The work to be done under these Specifications consists of furnishing all equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, labor and appurtenances required for the drilling, casing, testing and finishing of water wells; complete with vertical turbine or submersible motor driven deep well pumping units; and with all appurtenances shown on the plans and called for in these Specifications. The well is to be a gravel-wall type as further described and is to be constructed to the dimensions shown in Table A, Section 1.11. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Construction of Water Well No. 1. Construction of Water Well for HC MUD 566.
