The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to perform an emergency sanitary sewer repair near Dayton, Kentucky. Work of the project includes the installation of approximately 155 LF of 10" sanitary conduit, 100 LF of which is by jack & bore under an active railroad. Other work includes the installation of four (4) sewer manholes, installing approximately 55 LF of 12" storm conduit, as well as creating two (2) haul roads and all required restorations as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by JWCI Jones Warner Consultants, Inc. Engineers. Site Directions: The work is located directly south of address 54 Mary Ingles Highway under a CSX railroad track at the coordinates noted on the contract documents, between existing SD1 manholes #0360031 and #0360030. Due to the location of the sewer break, the installation will need to utilize a jack & bore procedure and follow CSX requirements and specifications in addition to the typical SD1 Rules and Regulations. Question Deadline 06/06/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Documents will be available electronically. Installation of approximately 100 LF of 24" casing pipe with 10" sewer conduit (installed by Jack & Bore); Installation of approximately 155 LF of 10" sewer conduit; Installation of (4) sewer manholes; Fill/Seal/Abandon of the various segments of existing sewer being abandoned; All required clearing/grubbing; Creation of the required haul road (includes pipe replacement, culvert backfilling, light grading repairs to existing drive, and generally providing a safe/usable work surface) in the project south zone; Post-construction fresh gravel course along the haul road in the project south zone; Post-construction removal and replacement of the concrete driveway for 48 Mary Ingles Highway; All required restorations of disturbed areas
