The scope of work consists of removing existing furniture, removing and recycling/disposing of old carpet and pad, repairing floor substrate, installing new carpet tile and rubber base, re-installing furniture, and related incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications A certificate of deposit; credit union share certificate; or cashiers, treasurers, tellers, or official check drawn by or a certified check accepted by a bank, savings institution, or credit union insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and payable at sight or unconditionally assigned to the Department. A valid surety bid bond, underwritten by a company licensed to issue bonds in the State of Hawaii The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public. The estimated construction cost is between $2,500,000 and $3,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
