Landscaped planters between East Street and Lawyers Road/Courthouse Road are irrigated. Landscape planters in front of 203 and 213 Maple Avenue W are not irrigated. 46 landscape planters on Church Street located between Mill Street NE and Lawyers Road NW on both sides of the street. Currently not irrigated but will be prior to plant installation. For the purposes of the design and estimating, the vendor will break down Maple Avenue into sections as described below: Area 1 - 213 Maple Avenue W to Park Street (both sides of the street) Area 2 - Park Street to Beulah Road (both sides of the street) Area 3 - Beulah Road to East Street (both sides of the street) Shortlist Confirmed.
