The Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital VAMC located in Bedford MA has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price construction contract that requires a general contractor toprovide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under the 518-21-103 Women's Health 3 Floors Construction project in accordance with the Contract Documents, including technical specifications and drawings, and the attached SOW. The general scope of the requirement is to construct a new reception area, locker rooms, offices, and conference/lounge, exams rooms, procedure rooms, conference rooms, bathrooms, installing anelevator, installing a ramp, and removing and replacing all mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems. The sidewalk and parking lot shall also be modified to the building additions and changes.
